CLASS 3
Welcome to our Class Three Page! .
I hope that this information is helpful and useful and you are able to find out things that you need to know about life in Class Three at Clough Head J and I School.
Class 3 Pupils
In class 3 we have a mix of Year 4, 5 and 6 pupils. They work together in both year group and mixed year groupings.
Staff in Class 3
We are taught by Miss Travis on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Mrs Creamer on Thursdays and Fridays. Miss Travis and Mrs Creamer plan lessons together and work with other staff across the federation so that we are all taught the same themes relevant for our year groups.
We are supported in Class 3 by Mr Gledhill, Mrs Clayton and Mrs Budziewska.
We also have PE lessons with our class teachers and our sports coach each week.
Our Class Timetable
Our PE days are on a Tuesday and a Thursday and we should have our PE kit in school. Each day we need to remember to bring our planners and reading books so we have them in school to use.
Planners
Our planners will be checked each week and parents should sign and read them each week too. We will collect merits in the front of our planners and the planners will also have our recommended reads in there for us to look at and use. These are all the books recommended for children to read in Years 4, 5 and 6. Reading is really important and parents and pupils should record when we have read at home - aim for 3 times a week please.
Curriculum
This half term we will be focusing on the theme 'Anglo-Saxons'
